Privacy notice.
We treat the personal information you send us as part of your business enquiry with care.
What you share with us
When requesting a quotation, you may provide your name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery area, relevant dates, budget, product choices, branding details, reference photographs you choose to upload, and other information you include in your message.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details to respond to your request, clarify product requirements, provide quotations and, if you choose to proceed, communicate about sourcing and your order.
How quote information is handled
Enquiries submitted through our email form, including any attached reference photograph, are sent to our business email inbox. Uploaded photographs are not saved in a public gallery or retained in a separate website upload directory; they are processed temporarily to deliver the enquiry email. We may retain them in business correspondence for sourcing and quotation purposes. We do not process payments through this website. Your browser can store the products you place in your quotation basket so that they remain available if you return.
Third-party services
If you choose the WhatsApp option, your message is opened through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices. Website images are served from our hosting account. The website may load fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive technical request information when your browser accesses them.
Optional website analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, which product pages are viewed, and how often visitors click WhatsApp or successfully submit a quotation form. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about website use. Analytics are off unless you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Your website quotation details (including names, email addresses, phone numbers, quantities and messages) are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. For more information about Google's handling of data, read Google's Privacy Policy.
